CHASSELAS DORE GRAPES

Highly prized seeded table grape variety widely grown in France. Round berries on fairly tight clusters are golden over pale green, thin-skinned, juicy, sweet tart with honey undertones in the ripest berries.

Season: Mid August.

Size: Champagne to marble sized.

Suggested uses: Fresh eating, cheese platters.

Shelf life: Will keep at 32 degrees for up to 2 weeks.
