RIO OSO GEM PEACH

Yellow skin tinged with red, yellow freestone peach, very juicy, melting texture, rich honey flavor with excellent acid balance.

Season: Early to mid August

Size: 20 to 28 per metric layer

Suggested uses: Fresh eating, baking, sorbets, preserves, sauces, mixed drinks.

Shelf life: Store at 50 degrees for best flavor, 32 degrees for maximum shelf life. Fragile, best used quickly.
