Buy Mountain Rose Peaches: Please come see us at the Wednesday Santa Monica Farmers Market. Our stand is in front of Restaurant Lago, just below 3rd Street Promenade on Arizona avenue.

Description: Antique variety. This is not a subacid peach.White fleshed, beautiful round shape, pink skin, full flavor with excellent acid balance.

Season: Early August

Size: 24 to 32 per metric layer

Suggested uses: Fresh eating, baking, sorbets, preserves, sauces, mixed drinks.

Shelf life: Store at 50 degrees for best flavor, 32 degrees for maximum shelf life. Fragile, best used quickly.
