Mottled rose over silvery green skin, white flesh streaked with crimson, distinctive flavor has floral, berry notes. Clingstone. Firm, juicy, aromatic flesh slices beautifully, very dramatic look.

Suggested uses: Great for visual appeal when sliced. Fresh eating, seared or grilled, salads, cheese platters, baking, sorbets, preserves, sauces, mixed drinks.
