2022 HoshiGaki sold out yesterday, 2-16-23. It has been the most successful season for numerous reasons. The Hachiya persimmons were early allowing for a jump on the season. I peeled the fruit over a period of two weeks, instead of all at once, which spread the work out and reduced the threat of mold. I was able to keep the online inventory up from November until yesterday, allowing all my customers ample time to purchase if they wanted. The box supplier had the traditional white boxes back in stock after last season's supply failure. Thank you for your support.
