Indian Rose, also known as Indian Blood, is a late summer peach whose white flesh is streaked with deep crimson. They are cling type peaches. Their texture is firm yet juicy; they slice well. Their flavor is intensely floral and peachy with bright berry notes, rather tart than sweet. Their skin is very fuzzy and thick.
