Very juicy, sweet, aromatic, very few seeds. Commonly sold under the name of tangerines or cuties, Clementines are wonderfully fragrant and less acidic than satsumas

Suggested uses: Delicious as a vitamin-packed snack. Add slices to salads, fruit salads, juiced and enjoyed straight up or in mixed drinks. The finely grated zest will enhance baked goods, or you can infuse the peels in vodka.
